Neil Gaiman won the Newberry for The Graveyard Book!!!

What an awesome, awesome dude. I'm so happy for him. He and the book totally deserved it. He's now won a Hugo and a Newberry. How fucking sweet?!

Also, I was really glad to walk in to the last first day of a physics class I will have at Mac, and know everyone in the classroom well, because we've all walked through hell and back again in other classes together, and even though the new prof is new and we're all a little leery of him, I think we're gonna rock this.

Also, the prof for the class I want to drop is adorable and laughs too loud, and I think I really want to learn something from him, but I still don't think I want to take the class, mostly out of laziness. Also, it's the only class I would have to buy books for. Me = cheapskate.

Math this afternoon, and then fiction writing tomorrow. Whoo!
