I made coconut green curry chicken tonight. AMAZING!! I thought only Pad Thai could do it that well, but mine was awesome! And last night I made steak with this balsamic glaze that was to die for, and I got a bottle of red wine I had some of last night and some tonight. Work is going well, studying is going okay, and I feel good.
